We have a full bread program and turn out hand-shaped baguettes, sourdough boules, ciabatta, pretzel mini-baguettes and more daily. We use only unbleached, unbromated flour and never add preservatives of any kind. Nor do we believe that having a starter whose lineage can be traced to the Mayflower is actually a good thing.
