We do not serve attitude. You came for coffee, not abuse and derision.

The less time elapsed between the roasting of beans, the more nuanced the taste. Gracious features small-batch locally roasted French Truck Coffee delivered fresh twice a week. Beans and blends featured may vary depending on what is of best available quality at time of roasting.

 

Brewed Coffee

Gracious Blend, French Truck Coffee  (Medium Roast)

Ethiopian Harrar, French Truck Coffee  (Single Origin Specialty Roast)

Iced Coffee

New Orleans-style cold brew finished with whole or skim milk

 

Espresso Drinks

All espresso drinks can be made with full-strength or decaf with either of the two coffee beans below:

La Bella Noir - Dark Roast Espresso / Gracious Decaf - Custom Dark Roast Decaf Blend

 

Espresso: Single or double pull

Cafe Macchiato: Espresso finished with frothed milk

Cappuccino: 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, 1/3 froth

Latte: Double-shot espresso, finished with generous pour of steamed milk

Iced Latte: Double-shot espresso, finished with generous pour of cold milk

 

Iced Tea

Elderberry (black) / Bella Coola (herbal)

 

Chai

Made with our in-house spice blend featuring star anise, cinnamon, cardamom and more. Finished with milk and available hot or cold.
