Each morning bake-off at Gracious fills our cases with all varieties of viennoiseries. Along with a slate of croissants and danishes, we offer unique creations like the Hazelnut “Kermit” Cruffin and the Pretzel Croissant. We use local fruits and produce whenever it is seasonally appropriate. All pastries are shaped by hand and we use high-quality ingredients like Plugra butter and no shortcuts or pre-made mixes are ever used. Both savory and sweet choices are available.
