Covid-19 Safety

As we continue to navigate the ongoing risks and spread of COVID-19, the health and safety of our team and our guests is our top priority. The following policies have been enacted in compliance with regional, state and CDC guidelines, and we appreciate your cooperation.

MANDATORY FACE MASKS

The full Gracious team is required to wear masks throughout their prep shift & guest service. All guests are equally required (as per Louisiana state law) to wear masks whenever they are not actively eating, drinking or seated at their party’s assigned table. Any guest refusing to wear a mask will be asked to leave.

PROTECTIVE GLOVES & HAND-WASHING

All team members are required to wash hands upon arrival, as well as every 30 minutes throughout their shift. Protective gloves are provided for all Back of House team members and must be changed upon switching tasks and/or hand-washing.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

Gracious is currently operating at 25% of our indoor capacity. All tables have been rearranged to be 6’ apart.  Doors / windows will remain open throughout service to ensure appropriate cross-ventilation. 

SANITIZATION PROCEDURES

All high-touch surfaces are sanitized regularly throughout our team’s prep shifts and service. Tables and chairs are also thoroughly sanitized between guest seatings. Hand sanitizer is available to our team throughout our locations, and to guests at the entrances, as well as in our bathrooms.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS

Gracious offers contactless credit card payment in addition to cash payments.
